2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal and login data entered on the website is encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.

  1. The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's server: seohost.pl
  2.  A hosting company, in order to ensure technical reliability, maintains server-level logs. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by a URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • query arrival time,
    • Time to send the reply,
    • client station name – identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referral link) – if the Service was accessed via a link,
    • User browser information,

    • Information related to the handling of electronic mail sent to the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how your data is used

  1.  In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the Administrator's obligations. This applies to the following groups of recipients:

  7.  In relation to you, actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken in order to provide services under the concluded agreement and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.

5. Form Information

  1.  The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if it is provided.
