§1. General Provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Online Shop, placing orders, order fulfilment, payment, delivery, returns, and complaints.
  2. The shop sells retail online within Poland.
  3. The online payment operator is PayPro S.A., Pastelowa 8 Street, 60-198 Poznań, registered in the National Court Register under number 0000347935, owner of the brand Przelewy24.

§2. Definitions

In the Terms and Conditions, the terms used shall mean:

  • Shop – online shop available at https://manufakturawegla.pl/
  • Salesperson – COAL FACTORY ANNA GNIADEK
  • Client – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making a purchase in the Shop
  • Consumer – A private individual customer making a purchase not directly related to their business activities
  • Product – goods offered in the Shop
  • Order – Client's declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement
  • Terms and Conditions – this document

§3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the Shop's website.
  2. To place an order, the Customer selects a Product, adds it to the basket, fills in the order details, and chooses a payment method.
  3. Following the placement of an order, the Customer will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the order.
  4. The sales contract is concluded at the moment of confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing by the Seller or upon successful payment of the order.

§4. Prices and payments

  1. All Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN).
  2. The seller benefits from a VAT exemption under current legal provisions.
  3. Product prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated to the Customer during the order placement.

  1. Electronic payments are processed through an operator Przelewy24.

§5. Order Fulfilment

  1. Orders are processed once payment has been received.
  2. Standardowy czas realizacji zamówienia wynosi 1 to 3 working days.
  3. In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended, of which the Customer will be informed by email.
  4. In the event of temporary unavailability of the Product, the Seller will contact the Customer.

§6. Delivery

  1. Delivery is exclusively within Poland.
  2. Delivery options available:
  • InPost 24/7 Parcel Locker
  1. The delivery cost is provided during checkout.
  2. Delivery time depends on the logistics operator.

§7. Right of withdrawal

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
  2. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of receipt of the Product.

  1. The cost of returning the Product shall be borne by the Customer.
  2. A refund will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, subject to the possibility of withholding the refund until the Product has been received.
  3. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the Customer used, unless otherwise agreed.

§8. Complaints

  1. The seller is obliged to deliver Products that are in conformity with the contract.
  2. Complaints can be submitted:

  1. The complaint should include customer details, order number, description of the problem, and the request.
  2. Complaints are handled within 14 calendar days from the day of their receipt.

§9. Personal Data

  1. The controller of the Clients' personal data is the Seller.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
  • Order fulfilment
  • Payment processing
  • deliveries
  • handling of complaints and returns
  • carrying out accounting duties

§10. Final Provisions

  1. The terms and conditions are available free of charge on the Shop's website.
  2. The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organisational reasons.
  3. Agreements concluded before the amendment of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the version in force on the date the order was placed.
  4. In matters not covered, Polish law shall apply, in particular:
